Cam Uhren
Managing Director, Product Development
Cam’s specific focus is on the gaming industry, an area in which he has worked for 25 years.
He has been proactive in developing strategies for gaming, around operations, products,
facilities and new markets. A visionary leader, he has consistently contributed to the growth
of leading casinos and gaming properties. Cam’s gaming career includes experience with
operators and manufacturers.
Most recently, he served as Vice President of Gaming for Ontario Lottery Corporation (OLG).

Dr. T. S Rao
Managing Director and Adviser, Product Research
Dr. Rao has vast experience in software engineering, analytical design, behaviour analysis
and artificial Intelligence (AI). He was staff scientist at Indian Institute of Science,
Banglore, and adviser to Fortune 500 companies. In his product advisory capacity, Dr. Rao is the
guiding force that keeps Decision Streams’ product development at the cutting edge.
Dr. Rao obtained his DSc and Ph.D from IIT Kharagpur. He has earned 21 Doctorates and published
over 200 research papers.

Harman Brar
Managing Director, Consulting Services
Harman oversees all Decision Streams’ consulting services and client account relationships
in Western Canada. In his 17 years as a professional, he has successfully implemented various
information management, business intelligence and database application solutions for broad
market segments in the public, government, financial, security, engineering, transportation,
and energy and software development sectors.
Harman holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree and is a founding member of a several start-up
consulting firms. He has been guest speaker in Oracle/ Microsoft /TDWI user groups.
